Improved on-board ON/OFF switch:
The on-board On/Off switch is now conveniently located behind the wall panel heater with only the switch protruding slightly from the side. This gives the heater a smooth finish that is pleasing to the eye. The low intensity light on the switch lights up when the heater is switched on, making it easy to check the status of the heater.

Improved appearance:
The corners of the heater now have a rounded finish in step with latest interior design trends to give the heater a more elegant and modern appearance.

New easy-to-use mounting template:
The polystyrene packing that protects the wall panel heater inside its box now has four holes that correspond with the mounting holes of the heater. Use these holes as a template and a spirit level to effortlessly mark the position of the four holes on the wall.

New convenient carrying handle:
Carrying the newly purchased heater is easy now with the new convenient carrying handle in the side of the heater’s packaging box.

New Econo-Kit:
The new patented Econo-Kit ensures easy installation and also prevents tension on the board by allowing for slight movement as the heater board heats up. This kit also provides for installation on dry or soft walls such as Gypsum board and GIB board.

New waterproof paint:
The new waterproof paint on our wall panel heaters provides a smoother and more elegant finish, making it easy to wipe off possible dirt marks. It also assists in preventing external moisture or steam from being drawn into the panel.

New connectors:
The cord set connection to the nickel chromium resistance wire inside the panel heater has been further improved. Spot welding and rigid spade connectors have now replaced the earlier method of directly crimping the cord set to the resistance wire,
making the connection even more secure.

New fibre-cement formula:
The fibre-cement panels of the Econo-Heat wall panel heater are now manufactured according to a new formula to reduce the moisture content in the panels, which was causing some of the older panels to develop hairline cracks.

New adhesive:
An effective new non-conductive glue has been specially formulated to bond together the two panels making up the Econo-Heat electric wall panel heater, ensuring it is 100% safe to use.
